|
The establishment of the database system of teaching files by diseases classification in department of diagnostic radiology plays a major role to educate radiologists, and helps them to leam the diseases. The increase of amount of teaching files
requires establishment of the database system about teaching files. In great majority of training hospitals, improper management of teaching files makes the investigators to suffer limitation and difficulty in use of them, and therefore the need
of
the
effective and systematic management of teaching files by computerizatiopn is being increasing. Also, a great deal of the medical texts made by text editor has been exposed to damage or loss due to improper and nonsystematic reservation, and no
database
management of medical reports needs great efforts and time the investigators to retrieve required data.
The authors developed the management system of teaching files and texts for systematic management of them using Foxpro for dos 2.6 version, and also were able to establish the database system about the teaching files and medical texts.
